What this page is

A static page that links to the VELISE download and to a purchase page. It has no accounts, no forms, no newsletter, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking pixels. Its files (page, script, images and tutorial audio) are all served from this site; it does not load fonts, scripts or other resources from third parties.

Hosting (Surge)

The page is hosted by Surge (surge.sh), operated by Chloi Inc. in the United States. When you open the page, your browser sends the technical data any website receives — your IP address, browser and device type, the address requested and the time — so the page can be delivered. Surge may keep this in server logs under its own policy: surge.sh/privacy. I do not receive or keep these logs. Legal basis: legitimate interest in running the page securely (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Because Surge is a US company, this data may be processed outside the EU.

Data stored in your browser

The page's animation script can remember two display preferences (velise-idle-mode-v2 and velise-cursor-mode-v2) in your browser's local storage and in a first-party cookie, so the animation looks the same next time. They hold only a setting name (for example "original"), not an identifier, and are not used for tracking. You can clear them at any time in your browser settings.

Download (Gofile)

The "Download" and "Open Gofile page" buttons open the file on Gofile (gofile.io), a third-party file host. Nothing is loaded from Gofile until you click. Once you are on Gofile, its own privacy policy applies: gofile.io/privacy.

Purchase links (Stripe)

The "Buy" page links to checkout pages hosted by Stripe. Nothing is loaded from Stripe until you click. Any payment details you enter are handled by Stripe under its privacy policy: stripe.com/privacy.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask for access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, restrict or object to its processing, and ask for portability, by writing to the contact above. You can also complain to the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it), or to the authority where you live.
